The trading-rebate review 01.10.2026

Risk warning

Leveraged forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk. Read the Backcom VN risk warning before you begin.

This page sets out the risks attached to the trading activity discussed across Backcom VN.
Please read it before making any decision.

Risk of losing your capital

Leveraged trading in forex and contracts for difference (CFDs) carries a high level of
risk
and can result in the loss of all the capital you have committed. Leverage magnifies
losses as much as gains: a small market move can wipe out your margin in a very short time.

Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your life or your
financial obligations.

A rebate is not a promise of profit

This is the single most important thing to understand correctly. Rebates are calculated on
traded volume, not on whether you won or lost. Receiving a rebate:

  • Does not guarantee you will profit.
  • Does not offset trading losses.
  • Does not reduce the market risk you are carrying.

A rebate lowers your cost of trading. It does not change the nature of the risk.

One warning in particular: because rebates follow volume, trading more than you sensibly should
in order to earn a larger rebate is a serious mistake. The additional risk you take
on almost always costs more than the extra rebate is worth.

Not investment advice

Everything on this website — articles, market analysis, figures and comparison tables — is
provided for information only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, legal

Accuracy of information

Fee schedules, rebate rates and trading conditions are published by the brokers and
can change at any time without notice. We work to keep this site current but cannot
guarantee every figure reflects the present moment. Check the broker’s own site before acting.

Market figures quoted in articles come from public sources as at the time of writing and may
have moved by the time you read them.

Our relationship with the brokers

Backcom VN operates as an Introducing Broker for the brokers listed. We receive commission based
on client trading volume, and most of that is returned to you as your rebate.

This means we have a financial interest in you opening an account through our links. We state it
openly so you can weigh it when reading the comparisons on this site.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Backcom VN accepts no liability for
any loss arising from the use of information on this website.
