Forex broker rebate
VT Markets rebates
Get back up to $12.8 per standard lot trading at VT Markets. Free and for life — the rate depends on the link you sign up through, and the higher-paying links carry a wider spread.
How do I get the rebate?
What is a VT Markets rebate?
VT Markets rebate and VT Markets cashback are two names for one thing: part of the trading fee you already paid is returned to you. Through Backcom VN the maximum at VT Markets is $12.8 per lot.
It is not profit and does not depend on whether you win or lose — it is calculated on traded volume. Nor does it widen your spread or slow your fills: it comes out of the partner commission the broker already pays, not out of your costs.
The general mechanism is explained in what a forex rebate is.

This broker has 3 signup links with different spreads and rebates. A higher rebate comes with a wider spread — pick the one that fits how you trade.
| Link type | Spread | Code | Rebate | Sign up |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| STP | 22+ | $8.8/lot | Sign up | |
| MVP | 27+ | $10.8/lot | Sign up | |
| EXP Highest rebate | 32+ | $12.8/lot | Sign up |
The extra rebate and the extra spread largely cancel out, so the bigger number is not automatically cheaper. Trade often and hold briefly and the low-spread link usually wins; hold longer and it is the other way round.

After submitting, send your email address or account UID to the Backcom VN support team (contact support) so we can track and review your request as soon as possible.

How the rebate is calculated
Total rebate = lots traded × rebate per lot
At up to $12.8 per lot, trading 10 lots in a month returns $128. At 50 lots that is $640 a month, or $7,680 across a year — whether those trades won or lost.

Common questions
01 How much are VT Markets rebates through Backcom VN?
The rebate depends on the registration link you use: the STP link pays $8.8/lot, the MVP link $10.8/lot and the EXP link $12.8/lot. The highest rate is $12.8/lot through the EXP link.
02 How do the STP, MVP and EXP links differ?
They have different starting spreads: STP from 22 points, MVP from 27 points and EXP from 32 points. Higher rebates come with wider spreads — the extra rebate comes from that difference, so compare net costs rather than looking only at the rebate amount.
03 Which link should I choose?
There is no single answer. Short-term traders who frequently open and close positions are heavily affected by spreads, so STP is often more suitable; traders who hold positions longer and trade large volumes may find EXP more worthwhile. Calculate the spread plus commission minus the rebate for the hours you actually trade.
04 Can I change the link if I choose the wrong one?
No. The link type is assigned when the account is opened and cannot be changed afterwards. If you choose the wrong one, you will need to open a new account through your preferred link — ask about the conditions for opening an additional account first.
05 Is VT Markets a reputable broker?
VT Markets has operated since 2015 and has verifiable licences in three jurisdictions. However, each licence belongs to a specific legal entity, so the answer depends on which entity you contract with. The VT Markets review provides a full analysis of each entity.
06 Does VT Markets' ASIC licence protect me?
The ASIC licence (AFSL 516246) belongs to VT Global Pty Ltd, which serves wholesale clients only. Retail clients generally fall under the FSCA entity in South Africa or the FSC entity in Mauritius. Open your client agreement and check the company name at the beginning to identify your entity.
07 When will I receive my rebates?
Rebates are paid automatically into your Backcom VN wallet every day, with no manual request needed.
08 Can I receive rebates if I already have a VT Markets account?
Accounts already linked to another referral partner generally cannot switch automatically. The usual approach is to open a new account through a Backcom VN link; if you want to keep your existing account, contact Backcom VN for guidance on changing partners.
