To receive a VT Markets rebate, choose the correct registration link, complete verification and contact Backcom VN to set up automatic payments. This guide covers each step, where to check daily payments and how to investigate a rebate that has not appeared. Start by considering trading costs: a link offering a higher rebate also comes with a higher spread.

How to get VT Markets rebate in three steps

1. Choose a link and register with VT Markets. Review the available link types before opening an account through Backcom VN’s referral link. If using a browser, open a private browsing tab to reduce the risk of losing referral tracking. The code 0kpZyuRX belongs to the EXP link; do not use it for STP or MVP. Check your selection during registration, as the link type becomes attached to the account when it is opened.
2. Verify your identity, deposit funds and trade with VT Markets. Complete KYC using one of three documents: a citizen identity card, driving licence or passport. Then fund your account and trade as usual. Volume only counts once a trade has closed. Open positions should therefore be excluded when checking the volume used to calculate your rebate.
3. Contact Backcom VN to set up automatic payments. After completing the steps above, contact Backcom VN’s Vietnamese-language support through Telegram or Zalo. This contact is required to arrange automatic rebate payments; registration alone does not complete the setup. The rebate registration guide explains the general sequence.
Registration is a one-time process for ongoing rebates, with no minimum trading volume requirement. VT Markets cashback applies to both winning and losing trades because it returns part of the trading costs. If rebates are unfamiliar, read what forex rebates are to understand how these payments differ from trading results.
Choose your link type before opening an account

VT Markets has three link types with different spread markups and rebate rates. The figures associated with each option are:
- STP: starting spread of 22+ points, rebate of $8.8/lot.
- MVP: starting spread of 27+ points, rebate of $10.8/lot.
- EXP: starting spread of 32+ points, rebate of $12.8/lot.
These figures describe the link options; they are not uniform rates for every instrument. The actual rebate also depends on the account type and instrument traded. Likewise, a starting spread is not a substitute for checking the costs available during your usual trading hours.
The trade-off is straightforward: lower spreads accompany lower rebates, while higher spreads accompany higher rebates. The additional rebate comes from that difference in costs. Compare spread plus commission minus rebate, expressing all components in the same currency and for the same volume. The guide to calculating the total cost of a trade explains how to make this comparison.
Short-term traders who frequently enter and exit positions tend to be more sensitive to spreads. Even so, no single option suits every trading approach. The link type cannot be changed after the account has been opened. If you choose incorrectly, ask about the conditions for opening an additional account, then open a new account through your intended link.
When and where rebates are paid

| Item | VT Markets |
|---|---|
| Payment cycle | Daily |
| Payment destination | Backcom VN wallet |
Your VT Markets rebate payout goes to the Backcom VN wallet. Check that wallet and the Backcom VN dashboard rather than relying solely on your VT Markets trading account balance. You can compare the dashboard figures with the broker’s trade history to check the volume and payment recorded.
Daily describes the payment cycle. It does not mean money appears immediately whenever a trade closes. Once automatic payments are set up, you do not need to request each payment manually. The daily cycle also does not establish a fixed arrival time, so do not assume a particular hour from that description alone.
Before comparing payment amounts, check that you are using the correct closed-trade volume. Open positions do not yet count, even if the trading platform displays a running profit or loss. The guide to when and where rebates are paid explains the distinction between the payment cycle and payment destination.
What to do if you already have a VT Markets account
An account linked to another partner does not automatically move to Backcom VN. To retain your existing account, you need to follow the VT Markets IB transfer process. Submitting a partner transfer request should not be treated as a way to change the link type selected when the account was opened.
Step 1: Log in to the VT Markets platform. In the left-hand menu, select Profile → Switch IB/CPA/Account Manager. Open this tab rather than Verification or Security Management. Under Partnership Type, select IB.
Step 2: In the New IB Number (Cashback Account) field, enter only one number corresponding to your intended rebate option:
- STP: 26627834, rebate of $8.8/lot.
- MVP: 26627843, rebate of $10.8/lot.
- EXP: 26627844, rebate of $12.8/lot.
Step 3: Enter “Ready to Support Trading” as the reason for the transfer. Close all open positions before submitting. Then tick both boxes: “I confirm that I have closed all open positions” and “I agree to transfer all my trading accounts to the new IB/Account Manager”. Click Submit.
Step 4: Send your account email address or UID to Backcom VN support through Telegram/Zalo so they can track the request. Only one application can be submitted at a time. After an application is completed or rejected, you must wait 72 hours before submitting another; this is not an approval timeframe. Each client account can be linked to only one partner link. Read the IB transfer process and key considerations before proceeding.
Why a rebate may not be recorded

A rebate that has not appeared does not, by itself, identify the problem. Check the partner linkage, automatic payment setup, trade status and payment destination in turn. The table lists possibilities to investigate, rather than conclusions about any particular account.
| Symptom | Common cause | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| Registered but no rebate appears | Referral tracking may have been lost, or the wrong code used | Ask support to verify the partner linkage and registered link type |
| Trading has started, but automatic payments are not set up | Backcom VN has not been contacted for setup | Check whether you completed the Telegram/Zalo contact step |
| The volume you are checking exceeds the volume credited | Your calculation includes open trades | Filter the VT Markets trade history for closed trades |
| No payment appears in the trading account | You are checking the wrong payment destination | Check the Backcom VN wallet and dashboard |
| An existing account has not received rebates through Backcom VN | It may still be linked to the previous partner, or the transfer may be incomplete | Check the application status and send your email address or UID to support |
| The payment is lower than expected | The calculation uses a rate for a different link, account type or instrument | Check the correct link, instrument and closed-trade volume |
If you still cannot locate the discrepancy, follow the self-check guide for missing rebates. When contacting support, identify the account you are checking and explain which figures differ between the dashboard and trade history. This gives support a specific discrepancy to investigate.
Where to check VT Markets rebate rates
Instrument-by-instrument rates are not listed here because rates for individual symbols vary over time and by account type. Check the current VT Markets rebate rates when calculating a rebate for a specific instrument. Your selected link type also affects the rate, so check it alongside the account and instrument details.
The headline rate is up to $12.8/lot through the EXP link. The actual rate depends on the account type and instrument. Multiplying the maximum figure by your entire trading volume does not establish the amount you will receive; use the applicable rate for the trades being checked.
Frequently asked questions
Are VT Markets rebates paid daily?
Yes. Payments follow a daily cycle into the Backcom VN wallet and are automatic after setup. This does not specify a fixed arrival time or mean that a payment appears immediately after each trade closes.
Do losing trades qualify for VT Markets cashback?
Yes. Rebates apply to both winning and losing trades because they return part of the costs incurred. A trade must close before its volume counts. Receiving a rebate does not remove the risk of trading losses.
Can I change the link if I opened my VT Markets account incorrectly?
The link type cannot be changed after account opening. If you selected the wrong one, ask about the conditions for an additional account and open a new account through the intended link. Do not assume an IB transfer will change the link type.
Does a VT Markets IB transfer take 72 hours to approve?
The 72 hours refers to the wait before submitting another application after the previous one is completed or rejected. It is not the approval period. You can submit only one application at a time and must close all positions before submitting.
Is the VT Markets EXP link cheaper than STP?
The rebate alone cannot establish that. EXP offers a higher rebate but also has a higher starting spread. Compare spread plus commission minus rebate for the same instrument, trading volume and trading hours before assessing which costs less.
What VT Markets limitations should I know about?
VT Markets does not support direct crypto trading and is better suited to experienced traders. For rebates, the main considerations are that higher rebate links carry higher spreads and the selected link type cannot be changed after opening. Check the broker’s offering and your link selection before proceeding.
Conclusion
Receiving rebates from VT Markets starts with choosing a link that fits your trading costs, then completing registration and arranging setup with Backcom VN. For an existing account, check the current partner linkage and follow the IB transfer procedure.
When checking payments, compare closed trades with the Backcom VN dashboard and wallet against the daily payment cycle. Use the current rate for the correct link, account type and instrument. The highest advertised rebate is only meaningful when considered alongside total trading costs.
